This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs that ensure compliance with all applicable regulations while protecting the health and well-being of our workforce. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Conduct routine jobsite audits and inspections; identify hazards and implement corrective actions Lead safety training sessions (First Aid, CPR, emergency response, etc.) Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend preventive measures Track and report safety metrics, including workers' compensation and compliance data Partner with leadership to promote and reinforce a strong safety culture Stay current on regulatory updates and industry best practices Qualifications Minimum 5 years of safety experience (construction/industrial preferred) Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and workers' compensation laws Proven experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis Excellent documentation and report-writing skills Experience developing and delivering safety training programs Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Certifications (Preferred) Active
OSHA 500 / 510
Active First Aid & CPR Other relevant EHS certifications Willingness to obtain additional certifications/ training as necessary Additional Requirements Willingness to travel outside the DFW area as needed Ability to commute or relocate to Haltom City, TX prior to start Benefits 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off
