In this role, you will oversee the safe and efficient execution of dry ice blasting projects across various industrial and manufacturing sites. Your leadership will ensure that all procedures adhere to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and project timelines. Responsibilities Supervise daily dry ice blasting activities, ensuring safety protocols and operational standards are strictly followed Coordinate with project managers and clients to develop detailed work plans, schedules, and resource allocations Train and mentor team members on proper dry ice blasting techniques, equipment maintenance, and safety procedures Conduct regular inspections of equipment, work sites, and completed work to maintain quality control standards Manage project documentation including safety reports, progress logs, and compliance records Collaborate with management on project planning, budgeting, and resource management to optimize productivity Enforce OSHA regulations and ensure all team members wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times Requirements Proven experience supervising dry ice blasting operations or similar industrial cleaning processes Familiarity with construction site safety standards including OSHA regulations Excellent management skills with a track record of supervising teams effectively in fast-paced environments Construction site experience with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality assurance Ability to travel is a must, can potentially be on the road 2 weeks of the month.
