Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Manager to lead our safety initiatives across operations. In this vital role, you will develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive safety programs that promote a safe working environment for all team members. Your expertise will ensure compliance with industry regulations while fostering a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement. Duties Develop and maintain HSE policies aligned with OSHA, EPA, Workers' Compensation Law, and other relevant regulations. Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards. Lead incident investigations using root cause analysis techniques to prevent recurrence. Deliver training sessions on occupational health, safety procedures, CPR, First Aid, and EHS best practices to employees. Ensure compliance with environmental standards and manage waste disposal and spill response protocols. Prepare detailed report writing for safety incidents, audits, and compliance documentation. Collaborate with management to implement corrective actions and improve overall safety performance. Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial settings with a focus on health and safety management. Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, EPA regulations, Workers' Compensation Law, and occupational health practices. Certified in CPR, First Aid, OSHA safety training, and EHS (Environmental Health & Safety). Demonstrated ability to conduct root cause analysis and report writing for safety incidents. Experience delivering training & development programs related to workplace safety. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead safety initiatives across diverse teams.
