The Role:

Project Safety Manager As the Project Safety Manager, you will be the on-site safety leader responsible for the comprehensive implementation and enforcement of the JT Magen Safety Program across variousdata center project sites nationwide. Your first assignment will be in Salt Lake City, UT .

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety plans in compliance with OSHA and company policies. Conduct regular, thorough safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate hazards. Lead and document safety meetings, orientations, and training for all site personnel. Investigate all incidents, accidents, and near misses, ensuring proper reporting and corrective actions are taken. Maintain all required safety documentation and records. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors to foster a proactive safety culture. Competitive Salary & Benefits:

OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification is required. An advanced safety certification (e.g., CSP, CHST ) is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.). Proven ability to influence, train, and motivate all levels of personnel regarding safety compliance. Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Must be willing and able to travel extensively and relocate to new project sites as required (often on short notice).
