This role is critical to ensuring our company remains fully compliant, organized, and audit-ready , while leadership focuses on dispatch and day-to-day operations Key Responsibilities Maintain and organize all DOT compliance records Manage truck documentation (registrations, insurance, permits, cab cards) and ensure all units remain current Oversee Driver Qualification (DQ) files, including MVRs and medical certificates Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) and ELD compliance Coordinate drug & alcohol testing programs and Clearinghouse requirements Track and maintain maintenance records and DVIRs (Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports) Ensure compliance with IRP, IFTA, and all applicable state and federal regulations Prepare for and assist with DOT audits and inspections Monitor CSA scores and proactively address compliance risks Help enforce company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Prior experience in trucking safety, DOT compliance, or fleet management preferred Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations Experience with ELD systems and compliance tracking tools Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
