Paid Time Off:
20 days of vacation per year, accruing at a rate of 6.15 hours per pay period for the first five years of employment

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 13 years of experience in data analytics, program management, anti-abuse, policy, or related fields. 2 years of experience in people management, leading teams.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or in a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python). Experience working with engineering and product teams to create tools, solutions, or automation to improve user safety. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels. About the job In this role, you will be embedding data-driven decision-making into the core of our business strategy. You will partner closely with executive leadership across Play and Compute, translating data into actionable insights to shape executive discussions and guide direction. Responsibilities Lead the evolution of the analytics function by shifting the team's focus from fulfilling ad-hoc requests (reactive) to anticipating business needs, identifying trends, and uncovering new growth opportunities (proactive). Act as an advisor to Play and Compute leadership. Manage, facilitate, and drive high-level business discussions, utilizing data to influence strategy, align cross-functional objectives, and achieve consensus. Advocate a culture of data-based decision-making. Mentor and guide a high-performing analytics team, fostering an environment focused on business impact, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement proactive operational models, leveraging advanced analytics to optimize performance, mitigate risks, and drive sustainable growth within the Play and Compute ecosystems.
