Product Launch Manager, Trust and Safety, Gemini, GenMedia _corporate_fare_ Google _place_ Kirkland, WA, USA; Atlanta, GA, USA; +4 more; +3 more . Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, or related fields. Preferred qualifications: + Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field. + Experience in data analytics, interpreting ML model performance metrics, and understanding technical architecture to identify safety gaps. + Experience making business decisions, including identifying gaps or business needs, evaluating product launches, and innovating and scaling solutions. + Ability to handle multiple executive stakeholders, influencing safety strategy and operational execution at all levels. + Ability to think logically and work effectively in a fast-paced/constantly changing environment and to influence cross-functionally and cross-geographically with all levels of management. + Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
