Job Description

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Safety Manager/Director who will lead and continuously improve our company-wide safety culture, programs, and performance. Job Overview The Safety Manager/Director is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of IVI's Health and Safety programs. Working collaboratively with leadership, human resources, engineering, project management, and field teams, this role ensures compliance with OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and applicable state and federal regulations. The Safety Manager/Director serves as the company's primary safety authority and plays a key role in reducing risk, minimizing incidents, and fostering a proactive safety culture across all operations. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety policies and procedures aligned with
OSHA, MSHA, DOT
standards and other relevant regulations. Initiate, execute, and maintain safety policies, procedures, training programs, and site-specific safety plans. Lead and conduct incident investigations, jobsite site and safety audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans. Serve as the primary company representative for regulatory inspections, audits, and safety-related interactions. Track, analyze, and report safety performance metrics and continuously improve the organization's safety culture. Skills Strong knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, and DOT regulations. Proven experience in construction or industrial environments Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple safety initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Proven ability to work collaboratively with employees at all organizational levels, as well as customers, regulatory agencies, and safety professionals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective training, presentations, and safety reports. Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Pay:
$80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
