JOB SUMMARY

In addition to performing and overseeing cleaning activities, the Sanitation Lead will be responsible for training new sanitation workers, assigning responsibilities for end of week shutdown and performing verification activities. Typically work Thursday - Sunday (6AM - 4PM) with some off hour work to support evening shift.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.

Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, floors, walls, and other areas as per established procedures and schedules. 2. Assemble, disassemble, and cleaning various types of equipment. 3. Safely handle and use cleaning and sanitizing chemicals, following safety protocols. 4. Maintaining accurate records of cleaning and sanitation activities, including documentation of chemical usage and equipment maintenance 5. Work with Supervisor and Management to revise and update SSOPs. 6. Identify all equipment used and assign cleaning tasks to teams for weekly shutdown cleaning. 7. Manage Master Sanitation Schedule completion tasks. 8. Inspect all equipment at end of cleaning to ensure equipment is adequately cleaned and ready for start-up inspection. 9.
