Days Monday Friday 40 Hours Guaranteed Job Summary Seeking an experienced Risk & Patient Safety Manager RN to support organizational risk management, patient safety initiatives, compliance monitoring, and quality improvement programs. This role partners closely with leadership teams to improve patient outcomes, oversee event investigations, and drive performance improvement initiatives. Requirements Active Wyoming RN License Required BSN Required Master s Degree Preferred Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience Experience in Risk Management, Patient Safety, or Performance Improvement preferred
EPIC EMR
experience required CPHRM Certification preferred If not certified, candidate must obtain CPHRM within 1 year of hire LEAN / Performance Improvement training preferred Key Responsibilities Lead patient safety and quality improvement initiatives Oversee event reporting and incident investigation programs Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Sentinel Event investigations Analyze trends and implement corrective action plans Manage patient complaints and grievance processes Support regulatory compliance and accreditation standards Prepare risk management reports and claims summaries Collaborate with leadership on safety and performance strategies Educate staff and medical teams on patient safety topics

EPIC Quick Start Position No travelers accepted within 100 miles of facility Wyoming RN license must be active at submission 1099 candidates not accepted
