Demonstrated de-escalation skills in safety-critical situations where tensions are high. Minimum Requirements:

Must be 21+ years old with a high school diploma (bonus points for a degree in applied sciences!). Must be able to type 40+ words per minute. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Pass a background check, drug test, and physical. Physical stamina for long hours of sitting. At least 3 years of driving experience required At least 1 year of 911 telecommunications experience or similar preferred Similar experience: Crisis Management, Suicide Prevention, First Responders, AV Emergency Support, AV Support, Air traffic control, Fire/EMS Dispatching, Remote Roadside Assistance Support Why TaskUs?
