Bilingual Korean-English Site Safety Professional We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Korean-English Site Safety Professional to support operations on a large industrial construction project in Phoenix, Arizona. This position will work closely with project management, field supervision, subcontractors, and a Korean-speaking client to promote and maintain a strong culture of safety throughout all phases of construction. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and managing site-specific safety programs within industrial or commercial construction environments and possess strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific Site Safety & Health Plan. Establish onsite emergency response procedures and coordinate offsite medical and emergency resources. Conduct safety orientations for employees, subcontractors, and visitors working under the project contract. Assist field supervision with development and review of pre-task plans and job hazard analyses. Lead weekly toolbox talks and other routine safety meetings. Conduct regular jobsite inspections and field observations to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, local, client, and company safety requirements. Document inspection findings, corrective actions, and safety performance metrics. Maintain required safety documentation, including training records, incident reports, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Coordinate and deliver additional safety training as required by the project or client. Attend and professionally represent the company at client and project safety meetings. Verify employee compliance with required drug testing, certifications, and safety training prior to site access. Monitor and enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation as needed. Perform other duties and assignments as directed. Qualifications OSHA 30 certification required;
OSHA 500, OSHA
510, CHST, STS, or similar credentials preferred. Experience in construction safety, preferably on industrial or large commercial projects. Ability to work independently and proactively lead field safety initiatives. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual Korean-English proficiency required. Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard safety reporting/documentation processes preferred.
