The primary focus of Work, Health & Safety function is to develop, implement and manage the Health and Safety Management Systems, policies and practices that outlines ResMed's commitment to healthy and safe workplace. Key deliverables include overseeing Health and Safety, Workers Compensation, Injury Management, Accidents and injuries investigation, Corrective and preventative measures etc. Management of the hazard identification and incident reporting. Ensuring compliance with local regulations and maximising organizational risk resilience. Performs work in a specialized area of expertise that requires knowledge of fundamental themes, principles and concepts. Typically requires a university degree or equivalent work experience.
