We are seeking compassionate clinicians to deliver home health services. Through extensive experience we have developed our \"Recipe of Success\" to enable our therapists with the tools necessary to effectively and efficiently produce positive outcomes. We believe that a clinician's time is invaluable, therefore every clinician at Healing Hands Home Therapy will be given our \"Tools of Success Kit\" to make your patient care experience highly productive and rewarding. This position is for an independent contractor in Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Identify and meet patients' goals and needs Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients' motion and mobility Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needs Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally Promote clients' healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination Consult and practice with other health professionals Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress Document patient care services Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program License to practice in the state of California Valid California driver's license Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance CPR Certified Current Physical Health Exam and TB Test Professional Liability Insurance Business License
