Schedule:

Proven experience as a Safety Officer in the construction industry In-depth knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations Required certifications (OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid/CPR) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Ability to stay calm and take decisive action in emergencies Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety reporting tools Bachelor's degree or diploma in occupational safety, engineering, or related field (preferred)

Job Duties:

Develop, implement, and enforce site-specific safety policies and procedures Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments Continuously monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure safe practices are followed Investigate, and report on incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices Deliver safety training and daily toolbox talks to on-site personnel Ensure compliance with OSHA, EHS, and other relevant safety standards Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation for inspections Coordinate emergency drills and first aid procedures Advise management on safety-related improvements and corrective actions Serve as the point of contact for any on-site safety concerns Why This Opportunity?
