Data Center EHS Specialist About the Role We are seeking a proactive Data Center EHS Specialist to support environmental, health, and safety programs across data center operations in the Americas region. This role is responsible for EHS program implementation, incident response, risk assessment, compliance management, and safety culture development. Key Responsibilities Implement and continuously improve EHS programs for data center operations. Lead EHS incident response, coordination, investigation, and corrective action activities. Conduct facility risk assessments, identify hazards, and support implementation of risk control measures. Develop and improve EHS procedures, documentation, and compliance processes. Support safety training, communication initiatives, and operational safety awareness programs. Promote standardized execution and continuous improvement of EHS practices across operational teams. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in environmental, health, and safety operations; data center or large facility experience is preferred. Familiarity with international EHS standards, ISO 45001, and local compliance regulations. Experience with incident response, risk assessments, and EHS management systems. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Professional English communication skills; Chinese and knowledge of local safety regulations are a plus.
