Job Description

(Sign on Bonus $1,000.00) HomeShield Termite & Pest Control Company is seeking a licensed Termite Sales Inspector to join our team. We are a family owned and operated pest management company, thriving since 2009. We are a company with a focus on exceptional customer service, known for our dedicated sales and service professionals. At HomeShield we hire on character and integrity and have become known for the quality of sales professionals we send to our customer's homes and businesses. Uncapped commission and pre-qualified sales leads provided. A Branch 2 & 3 license required.
JOB SUMMARY
Run sales appointments that have been scheduled through the office Perform thorough inspections of customer's homes and/or businesses Prepare proposals and presentations based on inspection to obtain sales Educate customers on the cost of services needed based on inspection Reach company sales goals Continually refining sales skills and product knowledge
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid drivers license with good driving history High character, be willing to do the right thing Excellent customer service and strong communication skills Track record of succesfully generating business Tenacious and willing to go above and beyond to secure leads and close sales Must care about customers!
REQUIREMENTS
Possess Branch 2 and 3 license Successfully complete background check and drug test Valid driver's license and good driving history Must be willing to routinely lift, push and pull equipment, ascend and descend from ladders, and occasionally work from heights If this career sounds like a fit for you, please apply today!
