What You'll Do As a Maintenance & Cleaning Specialist, you will:

Maintain Pristine Spaces:

Deep-clean and sanitize the dining area, restrooms, counters, and back-of-house areas according to strict health and safety standards.

Support Food Safety:

Clean and maintain baking ovens, espresso machines, refrigerators, and food preparation surfaces.

Manage Waste:

Regularly empty trash, recycling, and compost bins, ensuring proper disposal and a clutter-free environment.

Keep Displays Beautiful:

Assist with washing windows, dusting displays, and floor care (sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming) to keep the café looking its best.

Stock & Organize:

Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, restroom essentials, and hygiene stations.

Safety First:

Respond quickly to spills or hazards to ensure a safe environment for both guests and teammates. Be a

Team Player:

Work collaboratively with the café team and perform other duties as assigned to support driving quality standards. What You Bring At least 1+ year in maintenance, custodial work, cleaning, or hospitality (preferred). A friendly, positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn. High attention to detail and an engaging, cooperative communication style. Integrity and accountability—you take true ownership of your work. Strong time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs., stand for long periods, and strictly follow food safety and chemical handling guidelines.
