Site Safety Representative (Day & Night Shift) True Safety Services

- 35 an hour | Temporary | 4-Month Project True Safety Services is seeking motivated and professional Site Safety Representatives to support an upcoming 4-month construction/industrial project in Windsor, Colorado.
We are currently hiring:
1-2 Day Shift Safety Representatives 1 Night Shift Safety Representative This is an excellent opportunity for safety professionals looking for steady hours on a local project with a respected Colorado safety company. Shift ScheduleDay Shift 7:00 AM- 7:00 PM Night Shift 7:00 PM
- 7:00 AM Project is anticipated to run approximately 4 months. Pay $30
- 35/hour depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications Overtime available Bi Weekly pay Responsibilities Maintain a strong safety presence onsite Conduct daily site observations and hazard identification Assist with OSHA compliance and safe work practices Support crews and supervision with safety-related concerns Assist with incident response and documentation if needed Conduct or support toolbox talks and safety meetings Ensure proper PPE and site safety standards are maintained Promote a positive safety culture onsite Qualifications Preferred candidates may have: Construction or industrial safety experience OSHA 30 CHST, CSTS, or other safety certifications preferred Experience working around heavy equipment and active construction sites Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work long shifts in outdoor environments Reliable transportation About True Safety Services True Safety Services is a Colorado-based workplace safety and consulting company specializing in OSHA compliance, site safety supervision, safety training, and CDL training services.
