This is a hands-on, field-focused role requiring daily travel to projects within approximately a 100-mile radius. This position is ideal for someone who wants to drive real change —moving safety culture from reactive to proactive while building trust with field teams. What You'll Be Doing Travel to active construction job sites (primarily north of Delray Beach) Conduct routine safety inspections and audits Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance standards Partner with field teams to promote best practices and safe behaviors Support workers' compensation and claims management in coordination with a captive insurer Identify risks and implement proactive safety improvements Help build and reinforce a strong, company-wide safety culture Collaborate with a team of field and office personnel across multiple projects What We're Looking For (Must-Haves) 3+ years of safety positions Construction industry experience (required) Willingness and ability to travel daily to job sites within a ~100-mile radius Strong communication skills with both field and office teams A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset —someone who genuinely cares about improving safety Nice to Have Experience working with a captive insurer or in-house claims process Background in heavy civil or paving projects OSHA 30 (or equivalent certification) •
