- Senior Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) Technician
- who will play a key role in supporting critical safety and compliance initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone who brings both technical capability and organizational strength to ensure EH&S programs run efficiently and effectively in a high-performance environment. Role Overview As a Senior EH&S Technician, you will provide essential support to EH&S professionals and leadership by maintaining systems, documentation, and reporting processes that keep operations compliant and safe. Your work will directly impact the organization's ability to meet regulatory requirements, support investigations, and maintain a strong safety culture across the facility. Key Responsibilities + Support EH&S program management activities under general supervision + Maintain and organize documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements + Monitor EH&S systems and offices for day-to-day operational issues and resolve or escalate as needed + Assist in preparing for audits, inspections, and investigations by ensuring accurate and complete records + Collect and analyze environmental and safety data on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly) + Prepare routine and moderately complex EH&S reports for internal teams and external stakeholders + Develop reports for regulatory agencies, trade associations, and industry groups as required + Guide and support lower-level staff in maintaining EH&S documentation, systems, and communication materials + Assist in creating and distributing safety alerts, procedures, and policy documents + Track progress and document findings of EH&S projects, ensuring timely completion + Support training and orientation of team members on EH&S processes and systems Required Qualifications + High school diploma, AA/AS degree, or equivalent post-secondary training + Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in environmental, health, and safety support or related field + Working knowledge of EH&S systems, documentation, and reporting processes + Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret environmental and safety data + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Ability to work under general supervision and manage assigned tasks effectively Preferred Qualifications + Experience in aerospace or other highly regulated industries + Familiarity with federal and state EH&S regulations and reporting requirements + Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, or investigations + Ability to guide or mentor junior staff + Strong communication skills for developing safety materials and reports Apply Today If you're ready to bring your EH&S experience to a role where safety, compliance, and precision matter, apply now to be considered for this Senior EH&S Technician opportunity with PDS Tech Commercial.
