Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Night Shift Sanitation team members to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant production environment during overnight hours. This vital role supports our manufacturing processes by ensuring all areas meet rigorous sanitation standards, enabling seamless production and product safety. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of production areas, equipment, and facilities using industrial cleaning tools and techniques Sanitize all surfaces, machinery, and workspaces to meet food safety and quality standards Conduct routine custodial tasks including trash removal, floor cleaning, and restroom sanitation Assist with heavy lifting and moving supplies or equipment as needed to support cleaning operations Follow strict safety protocols and documentation procedures during sanitation activities Collaborate with team members to identify areas requiring special attention or additional cleaning measures Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, inspections, and sanitation procedures Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in food processing, manufacturing, or warehouse environments preferred Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and sanitation practices essential Experience with heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards highly desirable Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high attention to detail Strong work ethic with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards Join us as a Night Shift Sanitation team member to play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to quality and safety.
