Where You'll Make a Difference Support and promote a strong, site-wide safety culture focused on employee wellbeing and safe work practices Lead and support incident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing preventive actions Conduct industrial hygiene (IH) monitoring and sampling to support occupational health programs Partner with operations to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations Participate in EHS design reviews, including ergonomics, ventilation, PPE, and emergency preparedness Deliver EHS training, including new hire orientation and annual compliance refreshers Support internal and external audits to ensure adherence to IFF and regulatory standards Track, analyze, and report EHS metrics, ensuring timely and accurate monthly reporting Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety programs and employee engagement What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Safety, or related field 2-5 years of experience in EHS, Industrial Hygiene, or a manufacturing environment Knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance requirements (OSHA, environmental standards, etc.) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with deadlines Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence across functions Experience with industrial hygiene principles, monitoring, and exposure assessments Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and documentation management How You Would Stand Out Experience in food, chemical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments Familiarity with emergency response programs and safety committees Experience participating in audits and regulatory inspections Why Choose Us?
