An industry-leading contractor is seeking an experienced Safety Representative to support major construction projects in Boise, ID. This role is critical in maintaining a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all site safety standards and regulations.

The Safety Representative will be responsible for:

• Enforcing site safety policies and OSHA standards
• Conducting safety orientations, training, and toolbox talks
• Performing site inspections and audits
• Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions
• Maintaining safety documentation and reports
• Partnering with site leadership to promote a proactive safety cultureThe Safety Representative should have the following qualifications:
• 3+ years of construction safety experience
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
• OSHA 30 certification (required)
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
