Safety Compliance Specialist

Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support and enforce safety programs across a high-volume plant. This role is focused on maintaining compliance, driving safety awareness, and supporting a strong safety culture on the production floor.

Responsibilities:

Support OSHA compliance, audits, and safety programs Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations Maintain safety documentation and reporting (OSHA logs, training records, etc.) Deliver safety training (PPE, LOTO, forklift, emergency response) Partner with operations to identify hazards and drive improvements Track safety metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

2-4 years of safety experience in manufacturing or industrial environments Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations OSHA 30 certification required Forklift certification required Experience with safety training and incident investigations Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

Experience in automotive or aerospace environments
