Job Description Implement and enforce site-specific safety plans and OSHA compliance programs Conduct daily site safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing training for site personnel Monitor subcontractor compliance with all safety regulations and standards Investigate incidents, near-misses, and safety violations; implement corrective actions Maintain all required safety documentation, reports, and logs Collaborate with Superintendents and Project Managers to proactively address safety concerns Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment across the job site MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
