Evaluate food preparation, storage, and handling practices for alignment with applicable food safety and sanitation requirements and recommend corrective actions as needed. Maintain nutrition- and food-safety-related documentation, including ingredient and allergen references and sanitation checklists, to support regulatory compliance. Prepare written guidance and training materials for kitchen staff on portion control, allergen awareness, and safe food-handling practices.
