We're seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Generalist to play a key role in shaping and supporting a strong safety culture. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day EHS operations, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace Lead site inspections, audits, and compliance initiatives while driving corrective actions and best practices Manage contractor safety programs and support secure, compliant site access in partnership with security teams Oversee hazardous materials and waste programs, ensuring proper handling, documentation, and disposal Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific EHS procedures and work instructions Deliver engaging safety training sessions and oversee completion of required EHS training for site employees Design and expand EHS training materials used across the broader organization Coordinate Safety Data Sheet (SDS) management, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and strong vendor partnership Support change management initiatives by providing EHS guidance for new processes, equipment, or projects Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
