What You'll Be Doing This role is all about protecting people and improving safety culture : Lead and support safety & occupational health programs across a plant environment Conduct inspections, audits, and hazard assessments to ensure compliance Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement preventive solutions Serve as a key liaison with regulatory agencies (local, state, federal) Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees and leadership Monitor environmental conditions (air quality, noise, heat, etc.) and recommend improvements Support emergency response efforts including rescue coordination and hazard mitigation Maintain safety records, reporting, and compliance documentation You'll play a critical role in ensuring every employee goes home safe. What You Bring We're looking for someone who combines technical safety expertise with leadership presence : 5+ years of safety or occupational health experience Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations (especially industrial/utility environments) Experience with incident investigation, audits, and compliance programs Ability to train, influence, and communicate across all levels of an organization Comfortable working in field environments and responding to emergencies

Preferred:
