Job Description

Who we are: Paragon Safety Group provides safety services to construction clients throughout the Eastern US. Headquartered in Raleigh, we provide workplace safety training, consulting, and on-site safety professionals to help our clients keep their jobsites safe.
What we need:
THIS CANDIDATE MUST BE BILINGUAL AND COMFORTABLE CONDUCTING SPANISH AND ENGLISH TRAININGS AND ORIENTATION.
Paragon Safety Group has an open safety position at a construction jobsite near Baton Rouge, LA, and is seeking a safety professional who might fill this position in the role of Mid Level Safety Specialist.
Duration:
3-5 month
Pay:
$40-$45/hr
Minimum Requirement:
OSHA 510
Our positions are temporary W-2 positions with full-time hours (often shifts are 8 hours per day). In these jobs, you'd work on the construction site, coaching workers to ensure the safe operations on behalf of the Paragon client, either a site owner, general contractor, or specialty subcontractor. The person will identify and correct unsafe working conditions, conduct field inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA standards. They will also conduct Spanish and English orientations and trainings.
