Safety Inspection-Equipment Maintenance Req #1819 300 Longwood Ave, Boston, MA 02115, USA Apply Share Job Description Posted Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 12:00 AM The Equipment Maintenance & Safety Inspector is to ensure the operational integrity of safety equipment, including eye-wash stations and emergency response devices, and uphold compliance with safety regulations while contributing to a culture of safety within the hospital. Responsibilities In charge of eye-wash station checks for 4 research buildings within the LMA area (KARP/ARCH/CLS/Harvard Building). Through examination and testing of all designated Daily/Weekly eye-wash stations. Proper PPE equipment training and adherence to onsite protocols. Weekly check-in with Client and Manager. Hands on data training, tablet device to capture usage and test parameters. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, hospital policies, and industry standards, and provide documentation for compliance audits.
