Leadership Role Requirements and Duties:

Fire Systems Experience•A MUST Valid PLT License Prio Management/Leadership/Office Experience Knowledge of DMP & Digital Watchdog a plus. Tech, customer & sales support is a big piece. Solution oriented, conflict resolution Technical Support and assistance for installation, Service & Inspections, Design Teams (Project walk-throughs) Manage Vendor, Client, Customer Relations Purchasing Establish training/procedures Implementing and enforcing processes to increase efficiency and/or quality Implementing Service programs Hiring, interviewing, and on-boarding of new employees Conducting employee review processes Equipment/tool evaluation & documentation Fleet/Vehicle Management Review job costing and technician efficiencies Low voltage, fire alarm, security, cctv, access control installation experience NICET•Fire Alarm a plus
