Job Description

Job Duties Serves as the onsite safety coach and partner to crew leadership. Promotes a proactive safety culture that identifies and reduces hazards and at-risk behaviors. Supports compliance with HSE and HMS standards, policies, and work methods. Assists with hazard identification, risk mitigation, and updating task specific JSA's. Monitors high risk activities and intervenes when unsafe conditions or behaviors are observed. Reinforces proper PPE usage, restricted area management, and safe work practices. Exercises Stop Work Authority when necessary to protect personnel, equipment, and operations. Must be knowledgeable of
HMS, HSE
standards, work methods and guidelines. Promotes and takes an active part in quality and continuous improvement processes. Serves as an instructor and subject matter expert resource for Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and 5 Checks to Go (5CTG) processes.
Qualifications Work Authorization:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License) Required with clean motor vehicle record. 1.5 years of experience and completion of required competencies for current and next leve required Must possess exceptional skills within the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions. Must be knowledgeable of
HMS, HSE
standards, work methods and guidelines.
