Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the food industry, is seeking a Quality Specialist to join their team. As a Quality Specialist , you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting Innovation and Renovation projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and a strong commitment to food safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job? Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements for new product development and technology projects. Perform Food Safety Assessments and develop pHACCP and rMMS documentation for new products and processes. Support factory implementation of quality and safety standards through training and technical assistance. Participate in internal audits and support visits from regulatory bodies such as FDA or USDA. Assist in preparation for ISO and NMS certifications, ensuring adherence to standards and continuous improvement. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a related field. Experience in food industry quality, R&D, or manufacturing environments. Knowledge of
HACCP, ISO
9001, and
FSSC 22000
standards is preferred. Strong technical knowledge of food safety and quality systems. Ability to communicate effectively and transfer knowledge across teams. What's in it for me?
