Overview At AccuHealth, we believe patients thrive when they feel safe and supported in their own environment. We're seeking a COTA who enjoys partnering with OTs to provide practical, functional care in the home setting. What You'll Do Your responsibilities include providing in‑home therapeutic treatments, functional exercises, and patient/caregiver instruction according to the OT's Plan of Care. You'll document each visit, support goal achievement, and coordinate with a collaborative clinical team committed to safe, effective care.
