This role is responsible for ensuring that CSA work activities are performed safely and in compliance with OSHA, ACI, AISC, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The Construction Safety Specialist will partner closely with CSA superintendents, foremen, and craft workers to build a world-class CSA work culture through field presence, hazard recognition, coaching, training, AI utilization, and program development and implementation. This position reports to the Construction Safety Manager and requires 30-40% travel across North America.
