Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a diligent Site Safety Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee safety protocols and compliance at construction sites, ensuring a secure work environment for all personnel.Duties:
- Implement and monitor safety programs to guarantee compliance with OSHA and EHS regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
- Develop and maintain safety procedures for on-site activities
- Coordinate safety training sessions for employees and contractors
- Investigate accidents or incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures
- Collaborate with project managers to address safety concerns promptly
- Utilize construction management software for safety documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in compliance management and risk management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and EHS standards
- Familiarity with construction management practices and workers' compensation requirements
- Proficiency in utilizing construction management software for safety tracking
- Understanding of NEC (National Electrical Code) guidelines for construction sites This position requires a dedicated individual with a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
