Job Description

Overview Satin Fine Foods, Inc. is searching for a proactive and detail-oriented Sanitation Shift Lead to perform cleaning and sanitating duties and lead our sanitation team in a food manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene for food production. If you're passionate about sanitation, have shift lead or supervisory experience, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, this is your chance to join our team. Duties Perform and oversee daily cleaning operations in a food manufacturing environment, including industrial mixers, product holding tanks, work tables, assembly line belts, floors, garbage removal, and more. Use hot water sprayer to clean equipment and floors which can result in a slippery and wet work environment. Supervise sanitation staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure tasks are completed to standard. Implement cleaning schedules and procedures that meet health and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness quality and address any issues promptly. Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure seamless operations. Lead by example in maintaining a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals. Skills Proven performance completing sanitation tasks Bilingual English and Spanish preferred Proven supervision and leadership experience in cleaning, custodial services, food manufacturing, or hospitality environments. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety standards. Experience with food manufacturing is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and other departments. Ability to lead by example while fostering a positive work environment. Knowledge of health regulations related to sanitation and hygiene practices. Schedule Full time (40 hours per week)
