Islandwide Full Time Executive 5 years exp Building and Construction, Engineering, Environment / Health, Repair and Maintenance, Risk Management $4,000to$6,000 Monthly 1 applicationPosted 03 Jul 2026Closing on 02 Aug 2026 Roles & Responsibilities About the Role We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Officer to join our team at a healthcare facility under Integrated Facilities Management (IFM). This role ensures compliance with WSH and environmental regulations while driving a strong safety culture. Responsibilities Advise on statutory duties under the WSH Act and ensure compliance. Conduct risk assessments, aspect-impact analysis, and implement control measures. Maintain EHS management system documentation and enforce standards. Monitor and report EHS performance, including incident investigations. Assist in emergency response planning and drills. Conduct EHS audits and recommend improvements. Qualify contractors and suppliers for compliance with EHS standards. Organize EHS training and outreach programs for site staff. Support ad-hoc EHS initiatives as required. Requirements Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in Facilities Management or healthcare. Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM. Strong knowledge of WSH Act and environmental regulations. Ability to organize and deliver EHS training.
Preferred:
 Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification. Proactive, independent, and able to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills and strong safety mindset. Amenable to work on 5.5 work days per week.
