About the Role Join ENGIE Services Singapore as an EHS Officer and play a critical role in ensuring workplace safety and environmental compliance at a leading healthcare facility. You will champion a strong safety culture, uphold regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement in EHS practices within an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) environment. Key Responsibilities Advise on statutory duties under the Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Act and ensure full compliance. Conduct risk assessments, aspect-impact analysis, and implement effective control measures. Maintain and update EHS management system documentation; enforce standards across operations. Monitor and report EHS performance, including incident investigations and corrective actions. Assist in emergency response planning, drills, and crisis preparedness. Conduct EHS audits, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. Qualify contractors and suppliers for compliance with EHS requirements. Organize and deliver EHS training and awareness programs for site personnel. Support ad-hoc EHS initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Requirements Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in Facilities Management or healthcare environment. Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM. Strong knowledge of WSH Act, environmental regulations, and industry best practices. Ability to plan, organize, and deliver EHS training effectively.
Preferred:
Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification. Proactive, independent, and able to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills and a strong safety mindset.
