MCF-2026-1147354 Islandwide Contract, Permanent, Full Time Fresh/entry level No exp required Engineering $2,900to$4,500 Monthly 0 applicationPosted 06 Jul 2026Closing on 05 Aug 2026 Roles & Responsibilities Duties & Responsibilities Assigned to the HSSE function and will primarily support and learn under supervision of the HSSE Lead/Coordinator. Assist in the implementation of HSSE Management System (HSSEMS) at site or project level Support HSSE personnel in daily site activities including inspections, observations, and safety monitoring Assist in preparing and maintaining HSSE documentation (e.g. records, reports, checklists, training logs) Learn to conduct basic risk assessments (RA), toolbox briefings, and hazard identification Observe and support incident reporting and investigation processes Assist in coordinating HSSE meetings, toolbox talks, and safety campaigns Support in maintaining HSSE records such as training, induction, certifications, inspections Assist in monitoring compliance of workers and subcontractors to HSSE requirements Participate in site walks, inspections, and audits together with HSSE personnel Observe unsafe acts/conditions and report to supervisors for guidance Support follow-up on corrective actions and close-out of findings Perform other related duties as directed that correspond to the overall function of this position. Qualification & Experience Generally Required Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety / Environmental Science / Safety Engineering or Science or other relevant HSSE-related disciplines Experience, internship or exposure in construction / oil & gas / process plant environment Good technical competency Good Communication skills; both verbal and writing in English Knowledge of workplace safety concepts and interest to develop career in HSSE function
