Job Description

Person responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe enviroment for customers and staff. Duties include cleaning dinning areas, restrooms, and other restaurant facitlities while following health and safetey regulations. Must be dependable and able to work indepently. Sanitation Specialist (PT/FT) As a Sanitation Specialist, you will be responsible for sanitizing and disinfecting all of our common areas in the restaurant. Duties for this position include clearing items from tables after a guest leaves and ongoing cleaning and sanitizing of all contact surface areas throughout the shift. These areas include any item that a guest or Team Member may come in contact with throughout the day. Some examples include tables, condiments, faucets, all handles, chairs booths, computer terminals and more. A qualified applicant must have good communication skills, attention to detail, ability to stand for long periods of time, ability to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for duration of shift, able to lift 15 - 20 pounds, and exert fast paced mobility throughout their shift to maintain proper sanitation levels. Actual work hours, whether full or part time, will be based on work shift availability and management discretion.
