This is a full-time position in a food manufacturing environment with opportunities for advancement!
What You Will Do:
Operate Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) systems and perform detailed disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of production equipment to meet sanitation standards. Follow established sanitation schedules to clean and sanitize facility infrastructure and production lines, documenting all activities in compliance with regulatory and company protocols. Accurately mix, apply, and document chemical usage, ensuring correct concentrations and applications for effective cleaning and sanitation. Conduct inspections and internal audits to verify sanitation effectiveness, ensuring all equipment meets microbial safety and cleanliness standards. Adhere to all OSHA safety requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Provide excellent leader skills
What You Will Bring:
