$20 per hour Key Responsibilities Amenity Stewardship o Provide attentive care to all areas of the club, including cleaning, sanitizing, and polishing wood and fixtures o Ensure all amenities are fully stocked, fresh, and presented to a premium standard Textile & Laundry Coordination o Manage the collection, laundering, folding, and distribution of linens, towels, and robes o Maintain organization and quality control of all textile inventories Event & Service Support o Assist with the preparation, maintenance, and breakdown of club events, banquets, and private functions o Work discreetly alongside service teams to ensure seamless member experiences Detailing & Specialty Care o Perform fine detailing such as polishing silver, caring for chandeliers, and maintaining high-end furnishings o Support seasonal and deep-cleaning initiatives as needed Facilities & Grounds Presentation o Maintain entryways, patios, and outdoor furnishings to reflect the club's standards o Monitor and report maintenance needs promptly Waste & Inventory Management o Manage waste removal and recycling across all club areas o Ensure cleaning supplies and amenities are well-stocked and organized Member Engagement o Respond courteously to member requests and anticipate needs when possible o Uphold a discreet, professional presence at all times Qualifications Strong attention to detail with a commitment to excellence Professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
