• Day-to-Day Responsibilities for the

Mailroom Specialist:

• + Operate OPEX mail processing machines to prepare and scan incoming documents + Electronically process and transfer mail to appropriate departments + Sort and organize incoming mail for distribution + Feed documents into scanning equipment and assist with manual paperwork + Perform electronic mail preparation tasks (E-Prep/FTP) + Complete additional tasks as assigned
• Candidates for the Mailroom Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• + 6+ months of mailroom experience + High School Diploma or GED required + Strong attention to detail + Basic computer skills and comfort using digital systems + Ability to sit or stand for extended periods + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs + Strong organizational and decision-making skills + Flexible and able to manage multiple assignments
