HSE Manager Job Summary:
5D Field Services is seeking a proactive and safety-driven Field Safety Representative to support our oil and gas operations in McDonald, PA. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of field safety experience who are passionate about maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine safety inspections and audits across field sites Facilitate daily safety meetings and toolbox talks Monitor compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company-specific safety protocols Investigate incidents and near-misses; document findings and recommend corrective actions Maintain accurate safety records and assist with reporting requirements Collaborate with field teams to promote a strong safety culture Support emergency response planning and drills Reports directly to
Director of HSE Qualifications:
1-3 years of safety experience in oil & gas or industrial field environments
OSHA 30, PEC
Safeland, H2S, or equivalent certifications preferred Strong understanding of federal and state safety regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in remote field conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field Professional safety certifications such as CHST or CSP are a plus
Schedule & Work Conditions:
Monday through Friday; hours may vary based on field activity Occasional weekend work may be required Field-based role with exposure to outdoor environments and varying weather conditions Must be able to lift to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Pay:
$18.99 - $28.00 per hour
