Summary The HSE Systems & Compliance Coordinator supports the execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of SP's environmental, health, safety, sustainability, and compliance management systems across SP's manufacturing and field service operations. This role is responsible for supporting HSE reporting, ESG and sustainability initiatives, compliance systems administration, customer compliance requirements, training coordination, and governance activities. This position works closely with site leadership, service teams, and corporate functions to ensure required records, actions, reporting, and compliance activities are completed accurately and on time. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong follow-through, initiative, problem-solving ability, and comfort working cross-functionally with multiple business teams.
Job Description ESG, Sustainability & Reporting Support:
Coordinate ESG and sustainability reporting activities including EcoVadis, CDP, customer sustainability requests, and internal reporting initiatives
Collect, validate, organize, and maintain sustainability and operational data from multiple sites
Support corrective action tracking and documentation related to ESG and sustainability initiatives
Assist with development of sustainability presentations, reports, and communications Systems Administration & Compliance Coordination:
Administer, maintain, and support HSE management systems including VelocityEHS, Unifize EHS modules, LMS/training compliance systems, and related reporting tools
Ensure compliance records, action items, training records, and documentation remain current and accurate
Assist with development, review, revision, and standardization of HSE procedures, forms, and governance documents
Support compliance calendar management, reporting deadlines, and routine recordkeeping activities
Generate reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership review
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to HSE systems, workflows, reporting, and governance processes
Support data integrity, reporting accuracy, and standardization across HSE systems and compliance workflows Customer, Contractor & Service Compliance Support:
Coordinate customer compliance requests including Certificates of Insurance (COIs), contractor prequalification platforms, and customer compliance documentation
Maintain contractor management systems including ISNetworld, Avetta, and related customer platforms
Work closely with Customer Service and Field Service teams to support customer compliance requirements and documentation requests
Support service-related compliance activities including training records, field documentation, and action tracking Audit & Governance Support:
Support internal and external audit preparation activities including evidence collection, document organization, and follow-up tracking
Coordinate action item tracking and follow-up activities with site teams and stakeholders
Assist with maintaining corporate HSE documentation and governance records
Support management review preparation and compliance reporting activities Environmental Health & Safety Program Support:
Support routine environmental, health, and safety compliance activities across SP sites
Assist with environmental reporting, waste management documentation, SDS management, and training coordination
Support incident documentation, corrective action tracking, and safety communications
Support site initiatives, audits, and compliance activities as required
Experience/Qualifications Associate's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Business, or related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in EHS, compliance coordination, manufacturing, business systems, or related operational environments preferred
Experience working with digital management systems, databases, or workflow platforms preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to support operational needs hands-on when required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
Experience with EHS software, LMS systems, ESG reporting platforms, or contractor management systems is a plus PHYSICAL DEMANDS
