Job Summary We are looking for a Quality & Food Safety Specialist to serve as a guardian of quality andpliance by design for innovation and renovation projects led by the Client. This role ensures adnce to Idea to Launch (I2L) and the client by embedding quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements into product and technology development. You will act as the Quality representative for assigned CAT 1, 2, and 3 projects, leading risk assessments and ensuring robustpliance frameworks are implemented from concept through launch. Key Responsibilities Project Quality & Compliance Act as a core project team member for NDC innovation and renovation initiatives Ensure delivery of all Quality-related I2L requirements across project stages Drivepliance with the client Standards, Food Safety, and Regulatory requirements Food Safety & Risk Management Conduct Food Safety Assessments for new products and technologies Develop and implement pHACCP (Product HACCP) plans Create and manage rMMS (risk-based Quality Monitoring Systems) Support factory teams in implementation and execution Training & Knowledge Transfer Transfer Quality and Food Safety knowledge to operations teams Deliver training programs across cross-functional teams Ensure smooth project handover to manufacturing and operations Auditing & Compliance Participate as a member of the Internal Audit Team Conduct audits in line with Internal Audit Plans Support audits from regulatory bodies (FDA, USDA) and external certification agencies Assist in preparation for ISO and NMS certifications Stakeholder Engagement Provide technical support to Quality functions in factories and application groups Collaborate closely with R D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams Education Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Chemistry, Food Science, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering Or equivalent What's in this Quality Specialist Project Lead (Hybrid) position for you?

$33 /hr. Location- Bridgewater, NJ (hybrid)
Work Schedule:

Pay Details:
