Food Quality Specialist Responsibilities include:

Ensure all food quality and compliance Supervise Food Safety Technicians Perform quality audits Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines including GMP, BRCGS, and FSMA Maintain documentation and records for internal and external audits Manage food sample testing, testing lab, and lab equipment Develop food safety training programs for new hires Prepare reports, charts, and graphs for testing analysis and presentations Requirements include PCQI or HACCP Certification Experience working in Food Manufacturing Proven leadership skills Proficient in Microsoft Office including

Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
