Anticipated Salary Range:

As a Senior Safety Specialist, you'll play a critical role in building and sustaining an extraordinary safety culture across our projects. In this field-focused role, you'll partner closely with project leadership to develop and execute jobsite safety plans, lead pre-planning efforts including Safety Task Analysis (STA) and Job Hazard Analyses (JHA), and proactively identify and mitigate risk. You'll collaborate with subcontractors to align safety expectations, conduct jobsite inspections, audits, and training, and ensure safe work practices and compliance across all phases of construction. You'll also investigate incidents, support documentation and reporting, and help implement corrective actions while tracking, analyzing, and communicating safety metrics and trends at the project level. This role will support OSHA and MSHA inspections, ensure accurate documentation and follow-up, and serve as a trusted safety resource and mentor for both craft and project teams. Through your leadership and presence on site, you'll promote a proactive, integrated safety culture where every team member feels empowered to speak up, take ownership, and act safely The anticipated salary range for this position is $72,400 - $92,733 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. ______________________________________________________________________________ What You Bring Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of construction and/or industrial safety experience
Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices, hazard identification, and compliance requirements
Ability to influence and build strong relationships across project teams
First Aid/CPR certification preferred
